At our Balatonfüred sailing school we offer many courses to suit beginners through to those at an advanced level. We guarantee that our courses will increase and refine any sailor’s knowledge and skill. Our Aquila, Balaton 25 and Balaton 295 boats are well equipped, easy to handle and safe. With Vega Sport Yacht’s sailing school you not only learn how to manage a sailing vessel – our team will introduce you to the sailing life, acquaint you with the elements of nature, and explain the world of ports and yacht clubs.

Sailing school

 

Attending our course will teach you more about sailing than any other sailing school in the country. Every year more men, women and children from age 12 to 65 become captivated with sailing.

SKIPPER TRAINING

Our intermediate level training is designed for sailors familiar with the basics who are looking to expand their skills and confidence to move into higher level sailing or racing.

Program:

  • Sail trim
  • Light and heavy wind sailing techniques
  • Boat speed, tuning
  • Helm with sails and weight
  • Spinnaker sailing
  • Spinakker trimm
  • Team work
  • Weight position and balance
  • Introduction to racing

The course is 2 days.

Price: 105 000 HUF + 15 % foreign language charge
